<p><b>Peluang</b> adalah ukuran kemungkinan terjadinya suatu kejadian</p>
<p>Ukuran kemungkinan dinyatakan dalam besaran numerik antara 0 sampai 1</p>
<p>0 → kejadian yang mustahil</p>
<p>1 → kejadian yang pasti terjadi</p>
<p><b>Peluang suatu kejadian </b>adalah rasio antara banyaknya kejadian n(A) dengan ukuran <a href="https://ramzilhuda.com/ruang-sampel-kejadian-peluang-konsep-dasar-peluang/">ruang sampel</a> n(S)</p>
<p>Notasi → P(A) sebagai peluang kejadian A</p>
<h2>Contoh :</h2>
<p>1.Tentukan peluang kejadian munculnya setiap sisi dadu jika dilempar sebanyak 1 kali</p>
<p>Solusi :</p>
<p>Ruang sampel → <i>S</i> = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6} → n(S) = 6</p>
<p>Jika setiap sisi dadu seimbang maka peluangnya munculnya setiap sisi :</p>
<p>P(1) = P(2) = P(3) = P(4) = P(5) = P(6) = 1/6</p>
<p>2. Tentukan peluang kejadian dari melempar sebuah dadu jika kejadian yang diharapkan adalah sisi yang muncul &lt;= 4</p>
<p>Solusi :</p>
<p><i>S</i> = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6} → n(S) = 6</p>
<p>A = {1, 2, 3, 4} → n(A) = 4</p>
<p>P(A) = 4/6 = 2/3</p>
